Measure · Understand · Progress

A repeatable process. A useful appointment.

Every FBM experience should be consistent, private, nonjudgmental, educational, actionable, and professional.

01

Book

Pick a time on the Book a Scan page. You’ll get confirmation and preparation notes.

02

Prepare

Arrive under consistent conditions: similar time of day, hydration, and training status. That makes later scans comparable.

03

Scan

A quick InBody 580 assessment in a professional, private setting. Light clothing. Shoes off. Follow the on-device prompts.

04

Review

We sit with the printout and translate it. Numbers are information—not a judgment.

05

Plan

We identify the metrics that match your stated goal so you know what to watch—not every line on the sheet.

06

Return

Schedule the progress scan. One measurement is a baseline. The trend is the story.

Before you arrive

Consistent conditions beat a perfect day.

Food, training, hydration, and time of day can all move a reading. We would rather you repeat a normal routine than chase an ideal one you cannot recreate.

After the scan

Let’s look at what actually changed.

The first appointment answers “where am I now?” The next one answers whether fat, muscle, or water moved. That is why we recommend a progress scan—or the eight-week package—once you have a baseline.
